Relais & Châteaux Chefs' Recipes Driving Innovation for Sustainable Oceans

Relais & Châteaux and UN World Oceans Day are co-hosting an Instagram Live cooking series in partnership with Ethic Ocean and Oceanic Global to promote ethical sea- and plant-based meals.

Starting Wednesday May 6th, six of the world's top chefs will take to their home kitchens to show you how to make a delicious and sustainable dish. They'll answer your burning questions about how to know if a fish, crustacean, mollusk, seaweed or whatever else they feature is sustainable. 

Join Michael Caines (Lympstone Manor) at the premiere of the series on @unworldoceansday on May 6th to get a better understanding of hake as a relatively underutilized species of fish, followed by Jason Bangerter (Langdon Hall) on May 13th who will cook up some spot prawns and discuss how to source sustainable shrimp. Keep an eye out for the other chefs as well, including Enrique Olvera (Pujol), Vicky Lau (Tate Dining Room), Peter Tempelhoff (Ellerman House) and David Kinch (Manresa).
