Ocean Festival is a series of global events celebrating World Oceans Day.
The festival aims to engage with communities, educate about the importance of conservation, and inspire people to take action to protect the world’s oceans.
From 5 to 11 June, Ocean Festivals will be held in locations across the globe, including Cornwall in the UK and KwaZulu-Natal South coast in South Africa, with the celebration of World Oceans Day on the 8 June centra to the events.
There will be a range of engaging outdoor activities for attendees to participate in between 5 – 11 June, with the celebration of World Oceans Day on 8 June central to the Festival.
Monday 5th June
