About the event:

The scuba diver Tilda is fascinated by the ocean and its inhabitants.

One day she embarks on a journey to find one of the largest animals in the sea, even in the world – Willy the whale. She has observed him so many times before: this huge fountain that suddenly bursts out of the water! Those deep sounds! But what is he doing so close to the surface? And what does he have to do with us humans? Tilda is curious and wants to find out more. She decides to follow him …

Join Tilda and learn more about the guardians of the ocean and their important role for the whole earth.

Why are we engaged with whales?

In life, seemingly unrelated things are deeply interconnected. For humanity, interdependence with whales is of vital importance: Every breath we take is linked to these majestic giants. As stewards of the marine ecosystem, they play an important role in protecting the resources of life that all beings need for their existence. Saving whales means saving ourselves.
