The Office of the Pacific Ocean Commissioner (OPOC) is coordinating with the Pacific Ocean Alliance Members including CROP, Non State Actors and Community Level Groups to mark this important day by organising a virtual celebration in the form of a Ocean Talanoa.
The High-Level Event on June 8 from 11am-12noon (Fiji Time) will be on Zoom and will be broadcasted on Facebook.
The speakers will include the UNSG’s Special Envoy on Ocean Ambassador Peter Thomson, Pacific Ocean Commissioner Henry Puna and youth representatives from the Blue Pacific.
