The Sapphire Project’s signature annual event: The Sapphire Dinner (Presented by Tiffany & Co.) will be held on World Oceans Day 8 June 2022 at a secret venue in Sydney for 300 guests. It will feature a cocktail and champagne reception, a few culinary surprises, live auctions, terrific performances, speeches, inspiring stories and a bespoke dinner curated by Australia’s leading chefs that will immerse guests into the ocean scenery. This event is elegant, fun, meaningful, impactful, sustainable and inclusive to reflect the diversity of Australia.
The event is organised by an independent advisory board and committee of ocean advocates.
All Sapphire events are blue carbon offset: This means that every forum, exhibition and event by Sapphire will be conceived and executed with a commitment to the best practices of reducing environmental impact across the entire supply chain and production.
