Join us June 8-12 to celebrate UN World Oceans Day
The ocean covers over 70% of the planet and produces at least 50% of the planet’s oxygen, it is our lifesource, supporting humanity and every other organism on earth. Let’s celebrate all that the ocean gives us everyday: from the oxygen we breathe, to the inspiration that moves us. Let’s amplify the theme “The Ocean: Life and Livelihoods”.

🌊 Day 2. Let the ocean move you: Wild pose/Any warrior pose.
🌊 Day 3. The ocean connects us all. Any asana that connects you and water: Boat/Bridge/ or mammal.
🌊 Day 4. The ocean sustains life. We want to give back and live sustainably. Any heart opening pose.
