World Oceans Day Rockaway Beach Cleanup

In celebration of World Oceans Day, we’re excited to invite you to a special beach cleanup hosted by Parley for the Oceans, in collaboration with SailGP, Public Records, The Wall Street Hotel and Sanitation Foundation.

Together, we’ll gather at Rockaway beach for a collective act of care and commitment, removing plastic waste, deepening our understanding of ocean threats facing our oceans and connecting with fellow ocean advocates.

Date: Sunday, June 8

Time: 11:00 AM – 12:30 PM

Location: Rippers, 8601 Shore Front Pkwy, Rockaway Beach, NY 11693

Transportation:

9:00 AM – Shuttle departs from The Wall Street Hotel (88 Wall St, Manhattan)

9:30 AM – Shuttle departs from Public Records (233 Butler St, Brooklyn)

1:00 PM – Return shuttles depart from Rockaway Beach

Everyone who joins will receive a complimentary ticket to a show at The Nursery at Public Records. Participants will also have the chance to win Parley merch, including t-shirts, ocean bags and the frank green x Parley water bottle.
